SARAJEVO, July 15 (FENA) - After the interrogation of Osman Mehmedagić (1962) as a suspect, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH sent a motion to order custody for the suspect within the legal deadline.
Detention is proposed because of the danger that the suspect could obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, and influence witnesses or accomplices, and because the release of the suspect could cause disturbance to the public and citizens, given that elements of security breaches related to his deprivation of liberty have already been recorded.
Mehmedagić is under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for criminal offenses - abuse of position or authority, forgery of documents and money laundering.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH is continuing an intensive investigation in this case, the institution said.
