BANJA LUKA, July 23 (FENA) - The imposition of the law does not fall under Inzko's authority. He is reviving a dead man called the High Representative and has shown that he is a typical Serb hater, commented a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik, after the High Representative Valentin Inzko passed the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH which sanctions those who publicly condone, deny, grossly diminish or attempt to justify the crime of genocide, a crime against humanity or a war crime.
Dodik stated that Inzko has no right to that decision, and that it is legally unfounded.
"Republika Srpska rejects this, the genocide did not happen in Srebrenica," said Dodik and stated that this law is being imposed by force.
He emphasized that Serbs must never accept that decision and that it is "driving the nails into the coffin of BiH".
"BiH cannot function after this, we will convene a session of the RSNA and make decisions," Dodik announced and added that the RS is "forced to start the process of dissolution".
He is of the opinion that "there is no dialogue in BiH and that everything is being imposed by force of the international factor, in order to reach the position of a final goal."
Dodik is of the opinion that Inzko's decision "will sow a lot of evil in BiH", and that he will not allow it to go further. He called on all political forces in the RS to unite around this.
Answering journalists' questions in Banja Luka, he said that this could be useful for Serbs if they are determined to form their own state.
He also said the public should not be afraid of conflict.
"If we declare the decision on independence, Muslims cannot carry out any operations against us. They cannot raise an army because I won't let it. They can't even engage the police. There will be no conflict, let people live, we are only asking for political support for the decisions we will make," said Dodik.
