Leaders of the parliamentary parties in RS sign agreed conclusions

FENA

BANJA LUKA, July 30 (FENA) - Leaders of the parliamentary parties based in the entity of Republika Srpska signed conclusions agreed a few days ago at a meeting convened by National Assembly Speaker Nedeljko Čubrilović after the OHR imposed amendments to Bosnia and Herzegovina's Criminal Code.

The conclusions state that the representatives of the parties from RS reject the imposed decisions of the High Representative, and that they consider them unacceptable and null and void.

“We believe that there are no conditions for decision-making of Serb representatives in BiH institutions, except in cases when participation is necessary to prevent decision-making contrary to the interests of RS until the issue of the imposed law is resolved. We reject any imposition of decisions in BiH, and state that the High Representative was not legally elected in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Two joint laws related to this topic will be sent to the parliamentary procedures through the parliamentary caucuses. Other joint activities will be considered and harmonized in the following period,” it is stated in the signed conclusions.
