SARAJEVO, August 15 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić called on all competent institutions in his Twitter post to urgently engage and secure helicopters and fire extinguishers in the Herzegovina region.
"I remember that in previous years, at the request of the Ministry of Security, an emergency session of the Council of Ministers of BiH was held and firefighting planes from Croatia and Montenegro came and put out fires in BiH.
Why is the Council of Ministers silent now and why is it not officially asking for help from neighboring countries and the international community. Is it possible that political power is more important than human lives and more important than forests that need years and decades to grow again," Zvizdić pointed out.
