SARAJEVO, August 20 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 2,141 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 278 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.
A total of 780,560 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 137,003 individuals.
In the past 24 hours, one death was reported in the Federation of BiH.
The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 5,559, according to the FBiH Public Health Institute.
In Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, 420 laboratory samples were tested, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 139 people.
In the same period, no deaths were reported to the RS Institute of Public Health.
So far, 65,262 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in that entity, and a total of 3,825 people have died in whom the test for that virus has been confirmed.
Today, 12 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH out of 234 tests that were processed.
