GRADAČAC, August 25 (FENA) - The 48th International Fair of Agriculture and Food Industry known as the "Plum Fair" opened today in Gradačac.
FBiH Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry Šemsudin Dedić congratulated the organizers on the opening of the fair, expressing his belief that entrepreneurs will achieve cooperation and sign new contracts through business meetings.
As the Prime Minister of the Tuzla Canton Kadrija Hodžić reminded, the fair has a tradition of almost 50 years and brings with it a tradition of economic development and provides opportunities for stimulating development, connecting people and developing trust.
Farmers will present domestic production at the fair and in that way send a picture that production in the Tuzla Canton is sustainable, says the Minister, and that it has perspectives and potentials for further development.
At this year's fair, the presentation of the Embassy of Indonesia will give a special charm to the fair, and some topics have already been opened on how to bring the agricultural market of BiH and Indonesia closer.
In the next four days, more than 100 exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina will present their products at the fair, and representatives of the Chambers of Crafts of Slovenia and Croatia will also attend.
