SARAJEVO, September 6 (FENA) - The parade of the Battalion Group of Light Infantry (INF-L-BNG) started a four-day exercise today at the barracks "Mika Bosnić", in the Combat Training Center in Manjača with the aim of conducting SEL-2 assessment according to the NATO Concept of Operational Capabilities (OCC E&F), in which more than 1.050 members of the AF BiH participate.
The goal of the SEL-2 assessment is to check and evaluate the operational capability of the declared unit, ie to practice in real-time the techniques and procedures related to possible participation in international peace support operations and building the combat readiness of the AF BiH according to NATO standards.
It was conducted by the Commander of the Operational Command of the AF BiH, Major General Radovan Ilić, and was attended by the Deputy Commander of the Operational Command (OK AF BiH), Brigadier Mirzet Lubenović, Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command (KOiD), Brigadier Slaven Blavicki, who is also the exercise director, said the Public Relations Office of the BiH Ministry of Defense.
