Bosnia and Herzegovina reports 526 new infections, 24 deaths from COVID-19

SARAJEVO, 21. septembra (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 526 new Covid-19 infections were reported in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Of that, 3,417 samples were tested, while 24 people died as a result of the infection.

In the past 24 hours, 2,560 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 254 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH.

A total of 841,635 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 148,166 individuals.

In the past 24 hours, 12 people died in the Federation of BiH.

Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in Republika Srpska, 572 laboratory samples were tested, and SARS-CoV-2 was confirmed in 209 people.

In the last 24 hours, 12 deaths were reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health.

Today, 63 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH, while 285 samples were tested. In the past 24 hours, 14 citizens have recovered from the coronavirus infection.
