Sattler with participants of EU project 'Global exchange on Religion in Society'

SARAJEVO, October 10 (FENA) - The Head of the European Union Delegation (EU) and the EU Special Representative in BiH, Ambassador Johann Sattler, will meet with the participants of the project "Global Exchange on Religion in Society" (GERIS), funded by the European Union, in Sarajevo on Monday, October 11. 

The aim of the project is to establish dialogue and cooperation within civil society and includes a total of 180 participants from 55 countries.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of six countries to be visited by a group of GERIS project participants, and the topic of the visit is "Civic Activism, Belonging and Identity".

During their stay in BiH, project participants from twenty countries will also meet with representatives of institutions, non-governmental organizations, religious communities and cultural institutions to get informed about their work, the EU Delegation to BiH announced.
