SARAJEVO, October 12 (FENA) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zoran Tegeltija talked today with the Special Envoy of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for Trade Issues for the Western Balkans Martin Vickers on improving economic cooperation and trade exchanges between the two countries.
Chairman Tegeltija pointed out the importance of improving bilateral economic relations, and expressed readiness for talks on specific projects and investments, according to a statement from the BiH Council of Ministers.
He especially emphasized BiH's interest in investments in the areas of water supply and wastewater management, wood, and metal industry, as well as cooperation on other infrastructure projects through IPA mechanisms and EBRD funds.
Tegeltija said that aspects of the security situation largely depend on the economy, emphasizing the need for better communication and discussion with arguments, to understand the views of all political actors in BiH.
The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH thanked Great Britain for the continuous support it provides to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
