MOSTAR, October 20 (FENA) - The Croat National Assembly (HNS) of BiH condemned the decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which confirmed the decision of the Disciplinary Commission to dismiss chief state prosecutors Gordana Tadić.
"The violent dismissal of state prosecutor Tadić under the Bosniak political leadership, aided by shameless paraintelligence pressures and media spins, marked the collapse of the third pillar of power in Bosnia and Herzegovina," the HNS said in a statement.
The statement added that today's decision toppled the third pillar of power in Bosnia and Herzegovina and pushed BiH into an "uncertain condition".
