SARAJEVO, October 20 (FENA) - BiH Minister of Civil Affairs Ankica Gudeljević held a meeting today with Laura Lungarotti, Head of the IOM Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sub-Regional Coordinator for the Western Balkans, Margherita Vismara, Program Coordinator and Darko Paranos, Project Coordinator at IOM.
The topic of the meeting was labor migration, youth migration as well as care for migrants in BiH.
On this occasion, Lugarotti said that the number of vaccinated migrants in BiH is satisfactory and that she understands the difficulties when it comes to the education of school-age migrants.
Minister Gudeljević pointed out another aspect of migration movements, and that is the migration of young people from BiH, which is not only a problem in BiH but in the entire region and beyond, but also that the movements of young people are quite understandable, announced the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs.
During the meeting, a conference organized by the IOM on October 26 was announced, entitled "Emigration of health workers and experts in the field of information and communication technologies from Bosnia and Herzegovina: Challenges and opportunities", which will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Civil Affairs BiH.
