SARAJEVO, October 20 (FENA) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council has elected Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milanko Kajganić as Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced today the HJPC BiH.
The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the first day of the session held on 20 and 21 October 2021, considered the appeal of the respondent Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gordana Tadić against the decision of the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission for prosecutors on the imposed disciplinary measure against the defendant and issued a decision rejecting as unfounded the appeal of the defendant and confirming the decision of the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission for Prosecutors dated September 16, 2021: Transfer from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The decision of the Council is final.
