Džaferović receives Pakistani Ambassador to BiH Rao in an inaugural visit

SARAJEVO, October 25 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović received the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to BiH Akhtar Jamil Rao in an inaugural visit.

The officials agreed that the relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pakistan are extremely good and friendly and that there is room for their further strengthening and improvement, especially in the field of economic cooperation and trade. 

They also discussed the current political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina caused by unilateral violations of the BiH Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement by the RS entity authorities.

Džaferović thanked IR Pakistan for everything it has done for Bosnia and Herzegovina, showing that it is a true friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina even in the most difficult moments in its history.

BiH Presidency member Džaferović wished a pleasant stay and a successful mandate to the Ambassador of Pakistan to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the upcoming period, the Presidency of BiH announced.
