ZENICA, November 10 (FENA) - Eight participants in entrepreneurial education within the Zenica Business Ideas Incubator of the Investment Foundation "IMPAKT" from Sarajevo and Zenica presented their business ventures, and the best six will continue to use professional, mentoring and financial support and receive financial assistance in the amount of 5,000 KM each.
The IMPAKT Foundation and the City of Zenica are implementing an integrated program to support the development of entrepreneurship, through the aforementioned IMPAKT business idea incubator and the Youth Employment Project (YEP), which is supported by the Government of Switzerland.
This is the third year in which the City of Zenica participates in such a project, with IMPACT. In the previous two years, five companies were awarded 5,000 KM each.
IMPAKT and YEP, with the support of the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development, from 2018 to 2021 implemented the Incubator of Business Ideas in 55 local communities, which is more than a third of the total number of local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On that occasion, over 250 businesses were supported. The establishment was supported, as well as the improvement of the businesses themselves, said Senaid Đozo, executive director of IF "IMPAKT".
