SARAJEVO, November 15 (FENA) - President of the People and Justice Party, Elmedin Konaković, said at a press conference in Sarajevo that Denis Zvizdić has officially and formally become a member of that party.
“Today, it was formalized, it came true,” he stated.
Former member of the Party of Democratic Action SDA Denis Zvizdić explained the reasons why he joined this successful political story, i.e a part of the People and Justice Party.
He reminded that almost five months ago, in connection with his further political activities, he said that there are several variants and options - from independent status, possibly launching a new political project, to supporting some of the existing political projects on the political scene close to his political and life views.
“I will try to, due to the complex political situation in BiH, attacks on the sovereignty and integrity of BiH and ultimately attacks on the identity and political status of Bosniaks, unite and enlarge the pro-Bosnian political scene, where my basic and key criterion will be the attitude towards the interests of the state and citizens, i.e. work for the common good, which must be above party or personal interests, because the state is more important than any party, individual or group,” said Zvizdić.
He added that the political scene in BiH is more than ready for a real and responsible alternative, whose words will be accompanied by concrete actions, an alternative that will fulfill its promises and which will return honor, dignity, justice, transparency to BiH politics, and create a new relationship and trust of citizens in those people who perform public functions.
