SARAJEVO, November 16 (FENA) - The average monthly net salary in the Federation of BiH in September 2021 amounted to 998 KM and was nominally lower by 0.2 percent, and in real terms by 1.1 percent compared to the previous month.
Compared to the same month last year, the average net salary in September 2021 was nominally higher by 3.9 percent and in real terms by 0.7 percent.
Analysis of data by activities in September compared to August 2021, shows that the largest decrease in the average monthly net salary was recorded in the activity "education" by 3.5 percent, and the number of employees increased by 17.4 percent, then in activities "professional, scientific and technical activities" by 2.4 percent, and the number of employees increased by 1.8 percent, according to data from the FBiH Statistics Institute.
At the same time, the largest increase in the average monthly net salary was recorded in real estate activities by 7.9 percent, and the number of employees decreased by 3.1 percent, then in other service activities by 5.5 percent, and the number employed decreased by 0.3 percent.
