SARAJEVO, November 28 (FENA) - In the third quarter of 2021, compared to the second quarter of 2021, the total seasonally adjusted turnover in hotels and restaurants recorded a growth of 34.4 percent.
Accommodation was higher by 28.9 percent compared to the second quarter of 2021, while the turnover in the activities of preparation and serving of food and beverages was higher by 39.1 percent, according to the FBiH Bureau of Statistics.
Total turnover in hotels and restaurants in the third quarter of 2021 increased by 106.6 percent, compared to the third quarter of 2020.
Accommodation was higher by 136.2 percent compared to the turnover realized in the same quarter of 2020, while turnover in the area - Activities of preparation and serving of beverages was higher by 82.4 percent.
