Seven persons arrested in Bijeljina and Sokolac under suspicion of war crimes

SARAJEVO, December 3 (FENA) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today arrested seven people in the area of Bijeljina and Sokolac due to suspicion that they committed war crime against civilians, in connection with criminal offenses "individual and command responsibility" and "complicity" from the Criminal Code of BiH.

Persons deprived of their liberty will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further criminal proceedings at the SIPA premises, the SIPA BiH said.
