SARAJEVO, December 4 (FENA) - The agenda of an extraordinary session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, convened by Chairman Željko Komšić on Saturday due to the urgency of signing of an agreement, included a proposal for a decision on accepting the International Agreement between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the participation of BiH in the European Union Horizon program - A Framework Program for Research and Innovation.
The session was attended by the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Željko Komšić, and a member of the Presidency of BiH, Šefik Džaferović, while Milorad Dodik did not attend the session.
After voting with two votes in favor, and without the vote of a member of the BiH Presidency from the Serb people, the BiH Presidency did not have a consensus on accepting the agreement.
In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH, due to the lack of consensus, the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH will include this item at the next session of the Presidency of BiH as a mandatory item on the agenda, scheduled for Monday, December 6.
