SARAJEVO, January 4 (FENA) - Council of Ministers of BiH adopted at today's session in Sarajevo the Rural Development Strategy for the period 2018-2021, which gives an opportunity to BiH to get significant resources from the EU funds, confirmed Chairman of the BiH CoM Denis Zvizdić at a press conference today.
They were waiting for an opinion from Republika Srpska in order to adopt the strategy. Strategy implies a safe access to the EU funds and getting the initial 30 million euros of non-refundable funds, which will be used exclusively for rural development.
Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović called the adoption of this document the most important decision that the Council of Ministers has adopted over the last year, and it is the most important document for agriculture in the last ten years.
