Minister Bevanda receives Slovenian Ambassador on an inaugural visit

SARAJEVO, January 10 (FENA) - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH and Minister of Finance and Treasury Vjekoslav Bevanda received today Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to BiH Zorica Bukinac on an inaugural visit.

The two officials emphasized that Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have had continuous friendly relations, but also that Slovenia is one of the major donors and investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

They also discussed current political issues and the process of European integration with a special emphasis on continuing the implementation of reforms in order to speed up BiH on its path towards the European Union.

Ambassador Bukinac reiterated that Slovenia supports BiH on its European path and is ready to provide assistance in the process of European integration, stated the BiH Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
