SARAJEVO, January 30 (FENA) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted today the Economic Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ERP) for 2018-2020, which includes the medium-term macroeconomic and fiscal framework, including fiscal measures, and a comprehensive structural reform program aimed at improving growth and competitiveness.
The new ERP strengthens and expands cooperation between the state and the entities in joint implementation of reforms in the areas of public finance, transport market, agriculture, forestry, water management, business environment and reduction of informal economy, and linking of the labor market and education sector, or increasing labor market efficiency.
The state level remains committed to reforms in the field of trade and investments, while the entities will work together to reduce workload and improve the health sector.
The new ERP will be forwarded to the European Commission by the end of January this year, with certain amendments by the Chairman and the ministers, stated the BiH Council of Ministers.
