SARAJEVO, February 8 (FENA) - The flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina was raised in the Olympic Village in Pyeongchang this morning to the anthem of our country.
The ceremony was attended by members of the BiH sports delegation in South Korea, as well as the Mayor of Pyoengchang Ryu Seung Minu, who welcomed our Olympic team and exchanged presents with the Head of the Olympic Committee of BiH Said Fazlagić.
At the opening ceremony, our best alpine skier Elvedina Muzaferija will carry the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and she will compete in all the alpine racing disciplines.
President of the BiH Olympic Committee Marjan Kvesić will arrive in Pyeongchang today together with the BiH OC Vice-Presidents Izet Radjo and Siniša Kisić, at the invitation of the IOC.
