Ivanić: Representatives of all sides in BiH should show respect for all victims

SARAJEVO, February 9 (FENA) - BiH Presidency member Mladen Ivanić received today in Banja Luka Special Advisor to the UN Secretary-General on the Prevention of Genocide Adama Dieng. The topics of the meeting included the situation in BiH and the region, building peace and strengthening mutual trust.

They jointly concluded that reconciliation was the only way to have the stability of relations within BiH.

Mr. Ivanić stressed that it was necessary that the representatives of all sides in BiH show respect for all victims of the tragic conflict in BiH.

He welcomed the visit of the UN Special Advisor and handed to him the written documentation and film about the deaths during World War II in the territories occupied by the Independent State of Croatia, the BiH Presidency said.
