GORAŽDE, February 21 (FENA) - The start of construction works on the Hranjen tunnel, as part of the future section of the Goražde - Sarajevo expressway, will take place on 4 March, as part of the program of marking the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was confirmed at today's meeting of the organizing committee of the Bosnian Podrinje Canton - Goražde.
The committee also finalized the program of events for the marking of one of the most important dates in the country’s history.
“The formal start of the works on the Hranjen tunnel construction will take place on Monday, 4 March. This is a coordinated activity with the public enterprise FBiH Motorways, which is also an investor in this project,” said the chairman of the organizing committee and Prime Minister of the Podrinje Canton-Goražde, Emir Oković.
