Radončić and Koç discuss cooperation in the security sector

SARAJEVO, January 22 (FENA) - Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fahrudin Radončić met with Turkish Ambassador to BiH Haldun Koç in Sarajevo today to discuss all important areas of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the security sector.

Ambassador Koç stressed that Turkey would continue to strongly support BiH on its EU and NATO integration paths.

Turkey's assistance in the field of migrant crisis management was offered, given its extensive experience in the field, as well as cooperation in the fight against terrorism and the exchange of information on returnees from foreign battlefields.

Minister Radončić and his guest have agreed to accelerate the procedures for signing several important interstate agreements in the field of security, which will ensure faster exchange of information and more efficient cooperation of police agencies of the two countries, stated the BiH Ministry of Security.
