DRVAR, February 17 (FENA) - The Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) of BiH and the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) at the extraordinary session of the Drvar Municipal Council have regained power in that municipality.
The votes of nine councilors helped to dismiss the president of the Municipal Council, Jasna Pečanac (Socialist Party), and her deputy Berislav Bosnjak (HDZ 1990), and instead appointed Milan Kunić (SNSD) and Stijepo Vukančić (HDZ BiH).
The councilors also adopted the conclusion that all acts adopted at the sessions of the Municipal Council held from December 2019 to February 2020 should be annulled.
During that period, the councilors of the Serb Progressive Party, the Socialist Party, the Party of Democratic Progress, the HDZ 1990 and the Democratic People's Alliance had a majority and replaced the then leadership of the Municipal Council and initiated the procedure of recalling the mayor.
Among the repealed acts are appointment of personnel in management structures in public companies and institutions.
