SARAJEVO, March 27 (FENA) - I never blocked nor would I ever block the procurement of tests, especially as I am more aware of the state of the coronavirus outbreak, said FBiH Civil Protection head Jelka Milićević, who is also the FBiH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance.
At a press conference after a regular crisis staff session, Milićević commented on the remarks that she had blocked the procurement of tests to detect coronavirus-induced infection.
- What I was looking for, and what I will be looking for, is that all activities must be proposed and led by the health authorities - said Milićević, adding that a whole range of people have to say what the priorities are.
She said that the health authorities must meet the needs of the Civil Protection Staff.
- We have to find a way and secure the means, and the delivery according to their demands - said Milićević.
