SARAJEVO, July 27 (FENA) - The Joint Committee for Harmonization of the Text of the Bill on the budget of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international obligations for 2020, proposed by the Presidency of BiH, harmonized the text of the Bill adopted by the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples with different amendments.
The committee determined the text which was adopted in the House of Peoples. According to the agreed text, the Bill on the budget is in the form submitted to the Presidency of BiH by the Council of Ministers of BiH.
Therefore, the Bill on the budget did not include the amendment adopted by the House of Representatives, which refers to the provision of funds to help resolve the migrant crisis, which has most affected the Una-Sana Canton.
Also, an amendment to the text adopted by the Presidency of BiH, is not in the part of the Bill related to capital expenditures, where the proposed amount is reduced by 754,000 KM.
After the session of the Committee, an emergency session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is scheduled for 1.30 pm, at which the Report of the Joint Committee of both houses of the BiH Parliament on the harmonized Bill should be discussed.
