TRAVNIK, November 1 (FENA) - In memory of the murdered Bosniaks of Kotor-Varoš, about 60 participants in the Peace March "Silent Walk for a Great Pain" took off from Karaula near Travnik this morning.
Families are still searching for a total of 275 Bosniaks from the Kotor-Varoš municipality. From November 1 to 3, 1992, 175 people went missing on the path of evacuation, 161 of them went missing at a primary school in Grabovica. About 90 people from Kotor Varoš managed to get to Travnik alive.
The Peace March seeks to speed up the process of searching for the missing and prosecuting responsible members of the military and civilian authorities of the entity of Republika Srpska.
"As returnees to Kotor Varoš, we mostly encounter silence in the institutions of Republika Srpska, our questions have no answer, and one question is the most important, where are our loved ones?" said Amrudin Alagić, president of the Peace March organization board.
