POSUŠJE, August 14 (FENA) - The fire department of the municipality of Posušje intervened on Saturday to extinguish a fire in the town of Tribistovo, at the location of Oštrc, where a pine forest was burning, the FBiH Administration of Civil Protection reported on Sunday.
According to them, about 1,000 square meters of surface burned out, but the firefighters extinguished the fire.
The Fire Department of the town of Čapljina had two interventions to put out the fire when plant waste was burning in Gnjilište and garbage at the Ada landfill.
The FBiH Administration of Civil Protection further states that the heavy rain extinguished all the fires in the area of the municipality of Konjic.
