ŠIROKI BRIJEG, November 21 (FENA) – At the constitutive session of the Assembly of the West Herzegovina Canton, the mandates of the newly elected representatives, who submitted and signed a solemn declaration, have been verified today.
The Croat caucus and Serb caucus have been formed today. Ivan Damjanović was elected president of the Croat caucus, and Miroslav Mitrović will be president of the Serb caucus.
The session was then adjourned, and the continuation of the constitutive session, at which delegates to the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be elected, was announced for Thursday, November 24.
The government of the canton will be once again formed by the HDZ BiH, which together with its coalition partners HDU, HSS and HKDU won 14 out of 23 representative seats.
