MOSTAR, August 28 (FENA) - The President of the Croat Democratic Union in BiH (HDZ BiH) and the Croat National Assembly (HNS) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dragan Čović, said that the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights on the appeal of Slaven Kovačević has not yet been officially published and therefore it is pointless to comment on it at this time.
