BANJA LUKA, April 11 (FENA) - Five of the seven members of the RS Election Commission (RIK) resigned from their positions today, and the President of the Commission, Oliver Blagojević, states that the reason is the conclusion of the Government of the Republika Srpska, which obliged them to do so.
