Glamoč: Violators of isolation measures go to forced isolation at Bjelave Center

SARAJEVO, April 3 (FENA) - Commander of the Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff and Minister of the Municipal Economy and Infrastructure of the Sarajevo Canton Nihada Glamoč, said that violators of isolation measure will go into forced self-isolation at the Bjelave Student Center which will be ready as of tomorrow.

She said today at the online press conference that in the past 24 hours, 49 people violated the measure of self-isolation, and 29 violated the prohibition of movement, that is, curfew.

"The accommodation capacities for the forced self-isolation of the student pavilion in Bjelave are ready. Those who violate self-isolation measures will be forcibly taken to the student center,” Glamoč emphasized, urging citizens to abide by all the measures prescribed, as they were all enacted to protect themselves against the coronavirus pandemic.

She also stated that the citizens of the Sarajevo Canton obey the orders of the Crisis Staffs, but nevertheless a certain number acted contrary to the orders.

Glamoč confirmed that a meeting was held on Thursday with the heads of municipal civil protection crisis staffs to discuss better coordination, provision of services to citizens, as well as an initiative to allow older people, over 65, to go out on certain days.
