SARAJEVO, April 6 (FENA) - The power company Elektroprivreda BiH has launched a mobile application that provides a quick and easy overview of information for their customers.
This free application in a safe and practical way allows you to independently read and submit information on the status of the meter, report faults and complaints, review the status of submitted requests.
Also, there is an insight into electricity consumption, billing overview, payment methods, giro account numbers, calculator for estimating the amount of the monthly bill, and delivery of notifications on the expiration of the deadline for bill payment, and other useful information.
The application can be used on Android and iOS devices, and is available for free installation on Google Play and AppStore, the Elektroprivreda BiH announced.
