Tegeltija and Ambassador of France to BiH on strengthening economic cooperation

SARAJEVO, March 21 (FENA) - Deputy Chair of the BiH Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance and Treasury, Zoran Tegeltija, today received French Ambassador to BiH Christine Toudic and discussed economic cooperation between the two countries.

As Toudic emphasized, her visit to the Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH, accompanied by the economic associate for the Western Balkan region, shows that her country's focus is on economic issues and possible investments in BiH.

Tegeltija assessed that there is room to improve economic cooperation with France in various areas, and stated that it is best to initially engage the chambers of commerce in BiH, the diplomatic network of both countries and then the line ministries in order to implement concrete projects.

The Ambassador pointed out that France gives full support to BiH on its European path, as evidenced by the candidate status and the continuation of reforms in the process of accession to the European Union, the Council of Ministers of BiH announced.
