Koopman: Three key issues why the European Commission did not accept BiH's Growth Plan

BRUSSELS, October 1 (FENA) – Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations, commented today on Bosnia and Herzegovina's Reform Agenda for the Growth Plan. He stated that BiH has made good progress and that there is a draft agenda that is quite advanced, but there are key issues that must be resolved.
