SARAJEVO, July 28 (FENA) – The Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN) has released its eleventh annual report, providing a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of civic freedoms in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Turkey over the past year. The report paints a troubling picture of intensifying democratic backsliding, while also highlighting the resilience and importance of civil society organizations in the region.
