Crnadak questions whether transfer of powers to Pranjić is in line with the constitution and laws

BANJA LUKA, September 19 (FENA) – Igor Crnadak, head of the caucus of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) in the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska, commenting on the information that former RS President Milorad Dodik has officially transferred powers to RS Vice President Davor Pranjić, recalled Article 80 of the Constitution of the entity Republika Srpska, which clearly states that the possibility of transferring the powers of the RS president to one of the vice presidents exists only in the case of “temporary incapacity.”
