Thirty years after the Dayton Peace Agreement: Strasbourg Court rulings still unimplemented

SARAJEVO, November 30 (FENA) – Thirty years after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina has preserved peace, but its political system remains burdened by blockages and discrimination. European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) rulings highlighting discriminatory provisions in the BiH Constitution are still awaiting implementation, say Jakob Finci and Azra Zornić, appellants in two of the country’s most notable Strasbourg cases.
