VKBI: Authorities and the international community seem to be abandoning democratization of BiH

SARAJEVO, December 2 (FENA) – The Council of the Congress of Bosniak Intellectuals (VKBI) stated today that sixteen years have passed since the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Sejdić and Finci v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, followed by four additional rulings imposing on Bosnia and Herzegovina an international legal obligation to eliminate discrimination based on ethnic affiliation against citizens who do not identify as members of the constituent peoples.
