SARAJEVO, January 30 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina's Chief State Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić blocked the submission to the Court of BiH of an indictment for crimes committed in Sanski Most and at Manjača, according to information submitted to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) by BiH Prosecutor Izet Odobašić, Detektor reports. The Prosecutor’s Office denies any obstruction of the case.
