SARAJEVO, March 11 (FENA) – President of the Association of Agricultural Producers of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Admir Kahriman, said that due to the war in the Middle East and rising energy prices, farmers have entered preparations for the spring planting season with higher costs.
