Nearly 300 suspects unavailable in war crimes cases

SARAJEVO, March 25 (FENA) – More than 200 war crimes cases against known perpetrators are currently underway, of which 117 are affected by the procedural obstacle of unavailable suspects, a challenge the judiciary is expected to face in the coming period, it was said on the first day of the session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC).
