New bridge over Vrbas River in Banja Luka’s Česma settlement opens to traffic

BANJA LUKA, April 9 (FENA) – The bridge over the Vrbas River in the Česma settlement of Banja Luka was officially opened to traffic today, with its construction financed from the entity budget and the public company 'Roads of RS'.
