SARAJEVO, April 15 (FENA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, said today in Sarajevo, when asked about the Reform Agenda and why the funds are still unavailable, and how he comments on the High Representative’s statement that he was unable to explain to the President of Austria how a country with one billion euros at its disposal is unable to access those funds, that this topic increasingly frustrates him.
