Borenović proposes introducing up to three years' imprisonment for promoting Ustasha symbols in BiH

BANJA LUKA, April 28 (FENA) – Member of the Party of Democratic Progress in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Branislav Borenović will today submit to parliamentary procedure a proposal for amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH introducing a new criminal offence – the use of slogans linked to the so-called “Independent State of Croatia”.
