Number of complaints rises by more than 30 percent, ombudsman recommendations poorly implemented

SARAJEVO, April 29 (FENA) – The Institution of Human Rights Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina today presented in Sarajevo its Annual Report on the Results of Activities for 2025, warning of a significant rise in citizen complaints, increased discrimination, and a range of systemic weaknesses in the functioning of institutions.
